YouLikeHits Terms and Conditions
To use YouLikeHits you must agree to follow these Terms and Conditions.
Please read this page carefully. These terms and conditions constitute the legal documentation to ensure that a legally binding contract is in place between us and you.
Acceptance of These Terms
By registering for an account, including by checking the box confirming your agreement, and by accessing or using YouLikeHits in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use YouLikeHits. By registering, and each time you use the service, you represent that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. YouLikeHits is not directed at children, we do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to hold an account, and we will close any account we determine belongs to a person under 18. If you believe someone under 18 is using the service, please contact us at webmaster@youlikehits.com.
Our Information
We operate and own the website www.youlikehits.com. We are PorcelainSky LLC ('We','Us'), a limited liability company registered in Tennessee.
Our Services
We supply the services as referred to on www.youlikehits.com ('YouLikeHits') to you. You must understand that when joining our site and by ordering any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You Will Not:
- Create or control more than one YouLikeHits account, for yourself or for a business. This includes accounts created by another person on your behalf, or accounts operated from the same household or workplace under separate names. We use technical signals, described in our Privacy Policy, to identify accounts operated by the same person.
- Sell, buy, trade, rent, or transfer YouLikeHits Points or Accounts. Points may only be obtained on YouLikeHits.com. Do not buy or sell Points through third-party resellers, social media marketing (SMM) panels, marketplaces, or messaging groups.
- Add accounts, profiles, pages, channels, servers, or sites that you do not own or have the owner's permission to promote.
- Use automation of any kind to earn or spend Points. This includes macros, auto-clickers, bots, scrapers, external or injected scripts, userscripts and browser extensions, headless or scripted browsers and automation frameworks, emulators, virtual machines and device farms, unofficial API clients, and AI agents or assistants that operate the site on your behalf.
- Use a VPN, proxy, relay, or any other method to disguise your location or identity in order to evade limits, bans, or our multiple-account rules.
- Aggressively follow then unfollow, like then unlike, subscribe then unsubscribe, or otherwise reverse the actions you were awarded Points for.
- Exploit a bug, error, or unintended behavior in the Points system, or attempt to be awarded Points more than once for the same action. If you discover a way to obtain Points that is not intended, report it to us instead of using it.
- Submit or promote content that: is hateful, harassing, threatening, or pornographic; sexualizes minors in any way; incites or glorifies violence; contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence; promotes self-harm; is fraudulent, deceptive, or a scam; distributes malware; or attempts to phish credentials or payment details from other members.
- Create a new account if your account has been deleted, suspended, or banned.
- Break the Terms of Service of any site we link to.
- Use a fake, disposable, or temporary email service to create your account.
- Create fake, automated, or purchased accounts on YouLikeHits or on the sites we link to in order to earn Points.
- Scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to YouLikeHits, its systems, or the accounts of other members.
- Share, sell, or transfer access to your account, or allow anyone else to use it.
- Impersonate another person, business, or brand, on YouLikeHits or on any account you add to it.
You Understand That:
- YouLikeHits does not post from your accounts or profiles.
- Every follow, view, like, play, and visit you receive is performed by a real member. We do not use bots, automated traffic, or purchased engagement to deliver results. (Like any website we do run ordinary automated processes to operate the service — for example sending email and applying the reporting rules described below.)
- YouLikeHits takes your privacy seriously and will not sell your information. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
- To keep the Points economy fair, we record a randomly generated browser identifier when you are signed in, which lets us recognize the same browser being used across multiple accounts. It contains no personal information and is not built from your device's characteristics. This is described in our Privacy Policy.
- Points have no cash value, are not currency or property, cannot be redeemed for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts. We do not remove or expire your Points for inactivity. Points are removed only where they were obtained in breach of these Terms, or where a purchase is reversed by a chargeback (see Points, Purchases, and Refunds below).
- We may suspend, limit, or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, and may remove Points and content obtained through a breach.
- You are responsible for all actions made from your account and profiles.
- YouLikeHits is not responsible for any social network profile or account closure, suspension, restriction, or ban. (Our services are built around genuine activity by real people specifically to reduce that risk, but no service can prevent it and we do not promise to.)
- YouLikeHits assumes no responsibility for posted content including but not limited to profiles, videos, websites, and thumbnails. (We remove content that breaks our Terms once we are aware of it, which is why reporting matters.)
- YouLikeHits does not guarantee 100% uptime or accuracy, and does not guarantee that our services will not be terminated.
- YouLikeHits is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, Twitch, Amazon, Instagram, Meta, Pinterest, SoundCloud, Discord, Reddit, Telegram, VK, or any other platform or social network in any way. All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the services we offer.
Points, Purchases, and Refunds
Points are a feature of the service, not money. They have no cash value, are not currency, credit, or property, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned between accounts. When you buy Points you are paying for a limited licence to use a feature of YouLikeHits; the Points are created and credited to your account by us at that moment.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds. This is not an arbitrary policy, and it follows from how the service works. Points are created at the moment of purchase and can be spent immediately and irreversibly. Within moments of a purchase, other members may already have watched, followed, liked, or visited on the strength of those Points, and those members have been paid from that balance for work they actually did. Reversing a purchase after that point does not undo their effort — it takes value from members who did nothing wrong and leaves unbacked Points circulating in an economy every other member relies on. For that reason, once Points are credited to your account the sale is complete and is not refundable, creditable, or reversible, whether or not you have spent them and whether or not you continue to use the service.
Chargebacks and payment disputes. If something is wrong with a purchase, contact us at webmaster@youlikehits.com and we will look into it. Do not file a chargeback or payment dispute. Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute against a completed purchase is a material breach of these Terms and is treated as taking Points without paying for them. Where that happens we will permanently close the account, forfeit any remaining Points balance, and remove content submitted from that account, and we may decline to provide the service to you again. We may also recover the disputed amount together with any fees charged to us and the reasonable costs of collection, and we may provide our transaction and activity records to the payment provider in order to contest the dispute.
We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order, and we may change our prices or the number of Points offered at any time. Purchases are handled by third-party payment providers under their own terms; we do not receive or store your card or wallet credentials. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase. Any payment made using a stolen or unauthorized payment method will be reversed and the account closed.
Nothing in this section affects any right you may have under consumer protection law in your country that cannot be waived by agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service and everything available through it, including websites, profiles, links, and content submitted by other members, is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service, or any third-party website reached through it, will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components.
Member-Submitted Content and Third-Party Sites
Much of what you see while earning Points on YouLikeHits, in every section of the site, is submitted by other members and hosted on services we do not control. We do not review or approve this material before it appears, and we cannot guarantee that it is safe, lawful, accurate, or suitable for you. We do not own, operate, control, or endorse any third-party website, video, or profile reached through YouLikeHits, and we are not responsible for its content, conduct, or security.
You should assume that you may encounter material you did not expect and would rather not see. That can include sites that attempt to download files to your device, malware or unwanted software, pop-ups and redirects, pages that imitate a login screen in order to steal credentials, misleading or fraudulent offers, adult or sexually explicit material, violent or disturbing imagery, and content that is age-restricted or unlawful where you live. You view member-submitted content and visit third-party sites at your own risk. We recommend that you keep your browser and security software up to date, that you do not download or run files offered by a site you were sent to, and that you never enter your YouLikeHits password or any personal or financial information on a third-party site. YouLikeHits will never ask you for your password.
You are never required to view anything that makes you uncomfortable. You may close, skip, or leave any site, video, or profile at any moment. Doing so may mean you do not earn Points for that item, and that is the right trade — no amount of Points is worth staying on a page you do not trust.
Please report it. Earning sections include a Report button next to the content you are viewing, and using it is the fastest way to have something dealt with. You will be asked briefly why you are reporting it, which helps us act on it correctly. If there is no Report button where you are, or you want to raise something else, contact us at webmaster@youlikehits.com or through our contact page with the web address or account name and a short description.
Please report anything that:
- Breaks out of its window or tab, resizes or moves it, or will not let you close or leave the page.
- Redirects you somewhere other than the content you were shown.
- Downloads a file automatically, or asks you to install software, an app, or a browser extension.
- Contains malware, viruses, cryptocurrency miners, or other harmful code.
- Shows a fake warning that your device is infected, or a fake technical support, prize, or delivery notice.
- Imitates a login page for YouLikeHits or any other service, or asks for your password, personal details, or payment or banking information.
- Asks you to complete an offer, survey, sign-up, or download in order to receive credit.
- Requests browser permissions such as notifications, location, camera, or microphone.
- Contains pornography, nudity, or sexually explicit material.
- Sexualizes a minor in any way. Report this immediately — we treat these reports as urgent and refer them to the appropriate authorities.
- Contains graphic violence, gore, or otherwise disturbing imagery.
- Promotes hate, harassment, threats, terrorism, or violent extremism, or encourages self-harm or suicide.
- Offers illegal goods or services, including drugs, weapons, counterfeit items, or stolen data or accounts.
- Infringes copyright or hosts pirated films, music, software, or books.
- Impersonates another person, business, or brand.
- Is blank, broken, parked, or has no real content, or is plainly not what its title or description says it is.
- Is a video, profile, or page that has been deleted, set to private, or is otherwise unavailable.
Reports are how we find this material: the volume of content submitted to the site means we cannot review it all ourselves, and we depend on members telling us. Reports are acted on automatically as well as by hand — once enough members have reported the same item it is withdrawn from circulation without waiting for staff, and reported content is additionally reviewed by our staff, who may remove it permanently and suspend or close the account that submitted it. Reporting something also stops us showing that item to you again.
Please report honestly. The Report button is for content that is genuinely unsafe or breaks these Terms — it is not a way to remove a competitor or to skip content you simply are not interested in, and coordinated or bad-faith reporting is itself a breach of these Terms.
We act on reports and on anything else that comes to our attention, but we do not generally monitor member-submitted content and we cannot promise to find or remove every item that breaks these Terms before another member sees it. If you submit content to YouLikeHits, you confirm that it is lawful, that it does not contain the material described above, and that you remain responsible for it.
Removal of Your Content or Accounts by Third Parties
The platforms you promote through YouLikeHits — including YouTube, X, TikTok, Twitch, Instagram, Pinterest, SoundCloud, Discord, Reddit, Telegram, and VK — are independent companies that we do not own, control, or act for. Each of them may, at any time and without notice to you or to us, suspend, restrict, shadow-ban, demonetize, delete, or otherwise act against your account, or remove, hide, age-restrict, or refuse to serve any content you have submitted. They may do so for any reason or none, including reasons unrelated to YouLikeHits, and they may do so without explanation. We have no control over these decisions, no advance warning of them, no ability to appeal or reverse them on your behalf, and no responsibility for them. Your relationship with each platform is governed by that platform's own terms, and YouLikeHits is not a party to it.
You are responsible for keeping the accounts and content you promote available, public where required, and compliant with the rules of the platform hosting them. If content you are promoting is removed, deleted, set to private, made unavailable, or taken down — whether by the platform, by you, or by anyone else — promotion of it may stop or fail, and Points you have already spent on it are not refunded, credited, restored, or transferred. The same applies if your account on a platform is closed, suspended, or banned. You should keep your own copies of anything you value; YouLikeHits is not a backup, archive, or hosting service, and we do not store your content on your behalf.
You further understand that platforms routinely audit, filter, reverse, or decline to count engagement, and that followers, subscribers, views, likes, plays, and other actions delivered through YouLikeHits may later be removed or may never register on the platform at all. This can happen even when every action was performed by a real person, because the decision belongs entirely to the platform. We do not guarantee that any result will be delivered, retained, counted, displayed, monetized, or reflected in any metric, and we do not refund or re-credit Points for engagement that a platform removes, reverses, or does not count.
Platforms may also change their terms, policies, interfaces, or technical access at any time. Where that happens we may modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any section or feature of YouLikeHits without notice, and Points already spent through that section are not refunded. We may likewise remove any content or account from YouLikeHits that breaches these Terms or the terms of the platform it belongs to, without notice and without refund. Nothing in this section limits any right you have against the platform itself.
Copyright and Reporting Infringement
YouLikeHits hosts links, profiles, thumbnails, and website addresses submitted by our members. We do not review this material before it appears and we do not claim ownership of it. You must only submit content you own or have permission to promote, and you are solely responsible for anything you submit.
If you believe material accessible through YouLikeHits infringes your copyright, please send a notice to webmaster@youlikehits.com containing: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; identification of the material you claim is infringing and enough detail for us to locate it (such as the page or the account name); your name, address, telephone number, and email address; a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
On receipt of a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material. If you believe your material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. We terminate the accounts of members who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others. Please note that under United States law you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, if you knowingly and materially misrepresent that material is infringing.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PorcelainSky LLC and its owners, members, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the service or any third-party site reached through it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PorcelainSky LLC and its owners, members, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to any website, profile, link, or content you submit; your use of the service; or your violation of these Terms or of any law or the rights of any third party.
Closing Your Account
You may close your account at any time from Account Options, and you do not need a reason. Closing your account removes your profile and the content you submitted from public view. Points are a feature of the service and are not money, so they are not paid out, refunded, or transferred when an account closes — they simply cease to exist. Some information is kept after closure for the limited purposes and periods set out in our Privacy Policy.
We may also close or suspend an account that breaches these Terms, as described above. If we close your account for a breach you may not open a new one.
General
Assignment. You may not transfer or assign these Terms, your account, or any rights under them to anyone else. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another company, for example if our business is sold or reorganised; your rights under these Terms will not be reduced by such a transfer.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about YouLikeHits, and replace anything said or written previously about it.
No waiver. If we do not enforce a part of these Terms on some occasion, that is not a waiver of it and does not prevent us from enforcing it later.
Events outside our control. We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing the service caused by something beyond our reasonable control, including power or network failures, failures of hosting or payment providers, changes made by the platforms we connect to, denial-of-service or other attacks, natural events, industrial action, or acts of government.
No third-party rights. These Terms are between you and PorcelainSky LLC. No one else may enforce them.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
We may change these Terms from time to time. Where a change is material we will tell you: the date at the foot of this page is updated, and a notice appears at the top of the site when you are signed in. Using YouLikeHits after we have given that notice means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the service and you may close your account at any time from Account Options. The refund and chargeback terms above are also shown to you again at the point of purchase, immediately before you pay.
