Both Twitter and YouTube are working. Something must be configured incorrectly on your accounts. Please link me to your twitter and YouTube accounts.
I had my youtube account on 7 Points for two days and no one subbed.
You might have to go higher until people fix their accounts.

YouTube caches your subscribe count and can take time to update the number. Also, YouTube does not count inactive accounts subscribers.
